Our plate features flexible molded urethane construction for durability, flexibility, and improved panel contouring. It also works on our 3" Random Orbital and is built Griot's tough with a machined and balanced aluminum hub to provide a long service life and smooth operation.
Our vented backing plates (5" and 6") are engineered as an integral part of our heat management system. They not only help extend the life of your pads, but their flexible urethane construction also enhances the pad's ability to conform to intricate body panels. More control means better results.
