Our innovative BOSS Innerflex Pad reduces the aggressiveness of the foam pad you use it with while adding a cushioning effect that helps the pad conform to body panel contours. It also helps reduce temperature buildup and extend pad life. This pad fine tunes the performance attributes of BOSS™ pads by taking some of the bite out of whatever pad you use it with.
