COVID-19 Updates

Our top priority is the health and safety of our customers and our employees. To that end, we are constantly updating our policies and practices to reflect the ever-changing requirements, guidelines and recommendations from local authorities as well as the CDC.

Showroom Hours

At this time, our showroom in Escondido is open for walk-in service Monday and Friday from 10AM – 5PM. Showroom hours on Tuesday - Thursday are 9AM - 5PM. Hours vary, so please call us at 760-747-1065 or 858-722-1135 in advance. At this time, we are unable to allow our customers to use the restroom.

Shipping Lead Times

While we are shipping out orders every day, new disinfectant and social distancing requirements have resulted in processing and shipping delays. We are very concerned with your satisfaction and are making our best efforts to ship out every order as soon as possible. Current lead time for in-stock orders is approximately 2-3 business days. Orders with expedited shipping are usually out in 1-2 business days.  We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences.

Our vendors are also experiencing significant delays resulting in out-of-stock items that may not be reflected on the website at the time that the order is placed. Orders that include items out-of-stock items may be partially shipped or held until missing items arrive at our warehouse. We will do our best to notify you in such an event.

In-Store Pickup

For our local customers, we encourage you to shop online and choose In-Store Pickup for the fastest service. We stock a wide range of products 5-gallon pails, but these may not be ordered online at this time. Please call us at 760-747-1065 or 858-722-1135 if you would like to purchase your products in 5-gallons.

Safety & Preventative Measures

Some of the measures we are currently practicing include:

Enhanced cleaning of common touch-points in our warehouse, offices, and distribution center using disinfectant on all flat surfaces (i.e. counters, desks, etc.), doors and door handles, phone handsets, keyboards and screens, bathrooms, drink coolers, and packing equipment.

Reinforcing the best practices from the CDC on preventing the spread of any illness to all of our staff:

  1. Clean your hands often.
  2. Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
  3. Avoid close contact with those who are sick.
  4. Cover your coughs and sneezes.

  6. Reinforcing associates to remain home if they are sick, and to call their direct manager before coming to work.
  7. Modified warehouse hours and reduced staff to further protect both our customers and staff.

Customer Support

Response times may be longer than usual as we implement practices to protect our customers and staff. We do our best to promptly answer the phone and reply to voice mail messages during business hours.
